Where it all comes together.

Your package and product are assembled and sealed using our sealing machines. This is all completed under one roof in our secure packaging department virtually eliminating product shrinkage.

We use a Visual rotary-type heat sealer that is designed for medium to higher volume production requirements. This unit has six (6) stations. The large 18 x 22 sealing fixture size maximizes production with multiple "up" capability, featuring one seal station, and 5 load/unloading stations.

An accurate, medium speed indexer with precision repeatability and time controlled to pace the operator(s), who load the blister(s), product and card(s) into the seal tools, as they index past their loading stations. Sealing is automatic and controlled by the seal timer.
